WE NEED "Common Sense" Solutions and take probably another century for the technology too fully develop.

I certainly dont need "Enviromentalists" raising my Co$t$ even more "Especially Right Now"..
I never was a Millionaire but I actullay used to do pretty good because when my folks died they left me 2 house one still my home today other I rented afew year then sold it because I got sick of being a "Landlord" & Deadbeats who dont pay on-time plus trash the place do 5/10 grand in damage too
